Where do your automations run, and who owns them?
They run on n8n Cloud, a hosted service that works around the clock, and Claude does the reading and writing. Every account is opened in your name and you pay the vendors directly, from $24 a month plus AI usage as of October 2026. We work in those accounts as an added user, so if we ever part ways, you remove our login and everything keeps running.

n8n starts every workflow, on a schedule or the moment something happens, and Claude does the reading and writing. You see the results in your inbox or Slack, and every run is logged to a shared spreadsheet.
Who owns each account?
You do, every one of them. You pay each vendor directly, so nothing is marked up.

These are the software bills you'd pay the vendors each month, before AI usage. Each tier adds one piece to the one before it, and most businesses only ever need the first.

Do you have to learn n8n?
No. The workflow canvas is where we work, and yours is the inbox and Slack you already check every day. Here's a reply to a customer email, start to finish.
Why not run it on a computer in the office?
A workflow that lives on someone's computer stops when it goes to sleep or leaves the building. A cloud account keeps running at 2am on a Sunday.
Running n8n on your own server saves about $12 a month, and then someone has to keep it updated and backed up. We only do it when you need to keep data in-house.
If a workflow touches patient records, every service in the chain has to sign a business associate agreement, and n8n Cloud doesn't offer one. Those builds run on a setup that does and cost more, so we price them before we start.

Do I have to learn n8n?
No. You approve and edit work from your inbox or Slack, and every run is logged in a Google Sheet you can read. The n8n canvas is where we work.
Can it handle patient records?
Yes, on a different setup. Every service that touches patient records has to sign a business associate agreement, and n8n Cloud doesn't offer one, so those builds run on infrastructure that does. They cost more, and we price them before we start.
